Real Woodinville Fusion Wedding - Megan & Siddharth

Now my dear reader, today I'm excited to share with you a wedding I've had my eye on for a couple months. Lucky for us, Kim from La Vie Photography was more than happy to share her work (and now La Vie is now a member of the Happy Shaadi Seattle Vendor Guide, and we'll definitely be seeing more of their gorgeous work in the future!)

Even better, we spoke with the bride herself last week and she shared a little extra insight into the planning process for this stunning wedding. After a year of dating, she and Siddharth got engaged in beautiful Napa Valley. They planned their wedding to take place on a lovely September day at DeLille Cellars in Woodinville, Washington. They worked with a great Hindu Pundit at the Bothell temple who helped them blend a personalized ceremony.

Megan is the owner of a home accessory and stationery store, so she knew she wanted her wedding to be very colorful and beautiful. And the invitations had to be incredible! She worked with Smock Stationery to create a stunning wedding set complete with gold foil and letterpress. Megan also found a lot of inspiration on Pinterest (who can blame her), and found a bunch of wedding day treasures from Etsy, like the gold elephants you'll see below. And then gathered together with 75 of their closest friends, Megan and Siddharth married in a Hindu and Catholic fusion ceremony. She tells us that the day was pure magic!

Have a look for yourself.
